A Mommy Blog?

So to be totally honest one of the main reasons my blogging has been sporadic these days is because I sometimes wonder what to post. Is this a travel blog? Well, I no longer live in Europe, so my most exotic trip these days is Whole Foods. Party time! Is this a military life blog? Well, while my husband is still active duty, we aren't currently affiliated with the base, so I'm just kind of out here in la-la land. Is this a mommy blog? Well, will I offend my infertility friends with post after post of the world's cutest child? I suppose I just don't know where I fit.

But, then I remember- I'm doing this for me. For us. So maybe my life may not be thrilling at the moment, but I can still record memories, and certainly there will be people who relate with me as I adjust to mommy-hood and life in the states.

For those of you still reading, thanks for sticking with me. I may not fit in a single category, but I can still be honest, and humorous (mildly amusing?), and real.

When I read the first sentence of this post, I was thinking "It's a blog about your life! Post about what you want!" When you do decide to post, I'll still be reading!

I came across your blog a few years ago, due to the infertility and military. While I'm Infertile Myrtle, I bet you do have the cutest kid int the world!

Keep being you, it's what made me subscribe!

I like reading your blog! It's a fun way to stay in touch with you, and it's mildly amusing too. :) I won't be offended by baby posts. As Wendi has reminded me, I can be sad about my own situation, but I don't want to be bitter or jealous. I praise God for giving you Deacon, and I am truly happy for you.

Blessings, friend!

Hi! I'm a new follower too, and I thought I'd pitch in with my thoughts too! It's so exciting to read about your experiences abroad, but like your blog title says, it's an ever-changing life! Writing about whatever you want is the best part of having a blog (at least it is for me), so just let it be whatever you want it to be!

I look forward to reading whatever you want to post!
