Maybe Not

So remember (um like, yesterday) when I was all like, "I love school and I do a million billion projects before the professor can even think of assigning them." Remember that?

Well, I was totally headed down the OCD road again, picking out 4 books from each category when she said to choose 2. Notice the was.

That was until I realized that THIS is the bare minimum reading stack not including the 11 I had to order from Amazon or the textbooks.

Just in case you don't realize exactly how tall that stack is...

Who decided it would be a good idea for me to work and do this? I have no idea. Dumb.

---
Not so dumb? The great photos our friend Aspen took of us yesterday. Here is one, the rest we get tomorrow!

I still love reading Young Adult fiction from the library. The best part about subbing was being able to read books from the class library while the kids were at lunch and specials!

Great pic of you two!

Ahhh....the joys of the adolescent lit class. I see the titles in your stack, be prepared for a bit of teen angst.

When hubby was getting his masters, he took a children's lit class because he had heard it was an easy english. hahahaha... The stack of books he had to read made me laugh... I'm feeling your pain... in that "I get to laugh while you suffer" sort of way... Wait. That doesn't sound too snarky, does it? :D

Great picture of you two! That is A LOT of books! I've begun using a plastic milk crate to help carry all of the books that don't fit into my backpack. I think between the 2 of us we might have singlehandedly killed an entire forest!

That's a huge reading list!

Maybe I should have picked that instead of the gifted and talented certification, the reading has to be far, far, far, far more interesting!

GUAMtastic said...

Love the pic! I bet if you came up with a drinking game to play with reading the books you and your hubs could have A LOT of fun...

Now that's a stack of books.

I'll give kudos to you for working AND taking Masters classes. I'm not that adventurous. :)

You haven't read Twilight yet? really? I thought you had! That one will take you a day to read, haha. Or if you're like my friend from home, three hours!
