Updates

Just some random updates since I know you have been losing sleep over all these loose ends.

1. My poor kitty had his EKG last week. (Yes, my cat has a heart murmur.) They didn't see anything large enough to show on their machine. We have to take him to a kitty cardiologist this summer.

2. The man Jordan works with had his brain tumor successfully removed. He is up and moving around, walking, talking, etc. Last time we talked to his wife she said they still had not determined whether or not it was cancer. Keep praying for a speedy recovery.

3. Not really an update, but an addition...I think the people at school haven't heard me say enough crazy stuff lately. The first time I talked about drinking under the desk they laughed. Now, not so much. I needed new material. So today after one teacher suggested we give the parent volunteers a puzzle piece pin ("you are an important piece of our puzzle") as a gift, I suggested a blow pop. Why they asked? Well because we could attach a note that says, "you suck." Ha! You should have seen their faces!

4. Ali Baba the doner man has finally stop sending food gifts home with Jordan. Does this mean he has moved on, or just given up? Who knows...

PS- Thanks for all the compliments on my shoes (and my legs)!
PSS- You get legs like that by eating Burger King every other day. Trust me, you do NOT want to see the top of those legs! :)

You are probably much safer if Ali Baba moved on! I need to take the Daisy challenge. That can be next on my list of things to do! Come visit Wiesbaden! I'd love to show you around and I'm sure Steph would too! How much longer are y'all in Germany? There is supposedly an awesome wine festival in August here and hopefully we will have a big place by then!

I'm heading to Facebook to do the Daisy challenge now AND have you been to Santorini? If so, I need details.

OK, I'll go back and pick back up the FB challenge. I would love that dollar. I do take paypal BTW.

Great news about the co-worker! Hopefully the prognosis is good.

ooooh! I was at the base pharmacy today and saw one of "those" purses. Complete with rank and velcro patches. I totally though of you.

Take care of Reagan :)

Aww, poor Reagan. I hope the kitty cardiologist goes well this summer.

I was just wondering what the deal with Daisy was... thanks for the update!

Welllll..... I was in school for Elementary Education. Sucky me left school after three years (two left to go) for lots of reasons. Hoping to go back (more like dying to go back) but for right now I'm loving where I'm at! I do have to take a training certification to keep the current job, but since it's at a "learning center" the rules are a little more fluid.

So does every AF base have a Burger King? Why does Lackland have two? Can't they change it up with a Wendy's?

I followed your link about the Daisey challenge. So, you might hate me because Daisey sounds a little like me... yeah I'm one of those clingy wives. If I tell you you're funny can we still be BFFs?

Awesome thanks so much for the advice! Is it pretty easy to get to Wicklow? I'd love to see the country side!

HA! I saw a rank purse the other day and again thought of you. You should make your own line with your face on it instead of the rank patch.... you know since there is a whole pack of us out there that think of you now!

You need to get an email linked up to your blog, I was going to send you the link to the date a soldier site along with a catty synopsis. I cant wait to get your take
